Abbott Adams Solvency Guardians Pty Ltd is a specialist accounting firm, that has acquired and merged with entities, helping people avoid personal and corporate insolvency.

 

We help clients with bankruptcy and liquidation. If that is not possible, because a creditor has commenced proceedings then we administer and assist clients to deal with court appointed liquidators.

Our clients are offered a full range of advisory and assistance services including business restructuring and turnaround solutions, arranging ATO payment plans, negotiating settlements with creditors and or court appointed liquidators and assisting clients to minimise the impact of any formal insolvency appointment.

 

If a formal liquidator is in place, we can negotiate a Deed of Release and Settlement allowing our clients to have a fresh start.

The principals founded the initial business in 1998, and since then have taken in new partners, merged and acquired several other entities that were known for helping clients. The principals and partners have helped hundreds of business owners and individuals around Australia and achieve the best possible outcome.
